Siinqee Investment Bank Secures License from ECMA

Siinqee Investment Bank has officially been granted an Investment Banking Service License by the Ethiopian Capital Market Authority (ECMA). The license, issued on 31 December 2025, authorizes the Bank to operate as a licensed investment bank in Ethiopia, marking a significant milestone for both Siinqee Group and the country’s emerging capital market.

Siinqee Investment Bank expected to play a pivotal role in strengthening Ethiopia’s investment banking ecosystem by enhancing market depth, mobilizing long-term capital, and linking investors with viable public and private sector projects. By bridging commercial banking with capital market solutions, the Bank will expand access to alternative financing while providing professional advisory and securities services.
